dumped my collection of plastic and glass bottles into the recycling bin and saw a bag of someone’s trash, including a pineapple – wtf?
c’mon people, just dump your trash a few feet away in the trash bin, not recycling bin. idiots.

Why should I keep my Comcast subscription?
I came across hulu.com today. Like one of the many online video sites, you can watch TV shows in its entirety online. You’ll have to put up with ads just like TV, and unless you have Tivo/DVR, it makes no difference.
hmMmm…
I don’t watch a lot of TV except for my favorite shows, and even then I miss the show b/c I forget or just too busy. I do like watching live shows, such as The Today Show, Good Morning America or the local nightly news. Those aren’t available online…at least not yet. Hopefully sometime in the near future.
I could continue paying ~$65/month for the convenience of watching shows directly on my TV, or I could watch shows for free on the internet and connect my laptop to the TV (TV as a second monitor) with a HDMI or monitor cable. It’s possible I could finally watch shows in HD on my TV, assuming the video stream online is in HD too!
hMmmm… I do love my On-Demand music channel though, but I don’t think I love it enough to justify paying that much more a month for it.
Perhaps it’s time I kill my Comcast cable service and save more money. I’ll debate about this a little more.
